From 4 November Beautiful Bluestone will be transforming into a Christmas wonderland, full of merry-making and Christmas cheer. Snuggle up in your idyllic and peaceful lodge, and even make it extra Christmassy by ordering your own tree.
Head into the Resort and watch Bluestone come to life with the joy of the Season. There will be dancing, giggling and singing as you enter the Kingdom of the Elves and Christmasland. This year’s festive treat is a Journey to Sugar Plum Kingdom. Battle King mouse and swirl at the nutcracker ball. Once you’ve finished you can visit Santa in his workshop, as he gets ready to deliver his presents, and helm him make some toys, then sing along with Snow White at the Bluestone Christmas Panto.
T’is the season to get creative and there will be activity sessions a plenty in the Christmasland workshops. Bake some delicious gingerbread with Mrs Claus and then head off for some wreath making. If you’re not tired, the soft play zone and Blue Lagoon swimming complex are included in your stay.
As the day draws to a close the magic of Christmas is just beginning. The season renews every enchanted evening in the village where carols fill the air as Bluestone begins to glow. Prance with delight in the glistening snow parade which takes place every Thursday and Sunday night, led by Frosty the Snowman and a merry band of singers. As the evening unfurls the festivities get into full swing with Christmas games, mulled wine and mince pies aplenty.
For those staying on Christmas Eve, the Experience gets even more Magical. The Blue Lagoon Water Park will turn into a Frost Lagoon for a very special all-day party. Listen out for Jingle Bells as Santa joins the Christmas Parade, then wave him goodbye as he heads off to deliver his presents. On the big day itself you can enjoy Christmas dinner with all the trimmings in one of Bluestone’s fantastic eateries, hit the pool and soft play, or simply enjoy a peaceful walk through the Countryside and then snuggle up in front of a Christmas movie, or with a drink in front of the roaring fire at the Tafarn.
