This all Sounds Great, but even with a Free Disney Dining Plan, is Staying in a Disney Resort Hotel really the Most Cost Effective Option?
As seasoned Disney Goers, our answer to this question is an enthusiastic and whole-hearted YES! We stayed in a Villa on Our Last trip to Florida. If you stay in a Villa you must also hire a car (extra cost one). Whilst a villa used to be a more economical option, you now have to pay a huge $25 per day to park at the Walt Disney World Parks. True, in a villa you are able to self-cater, but food shopping in Florida is very expensive given the current exchange rate. We truly think that, with Disney Dining in your pocket, staying in a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel is your Best and most cost-effective option.
