Our first experience of a Holiday Village was with two energetic little ones aged 3 & 1. After a disastrous honeymoon for which we, naively, chose a completely un-child-friendly hotel, and from which we returned home exhausted, our Holiday Village (Lanzarote) was like a welcome breath of fresh air. Granted, this was the type of holiday I’d have run a million miles from as a young adult, but with kids it made perfect sense. Why? Because that Holiday Village provided absolutely everything we needed to keep our kids safe and entertained from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. For the first time since becoming parents…we had a REST!

Our joy-filled little boys splashed in the splash park, they danced and sang by the pool, they frolicked in the play areas, the 3 year old attended kids club 3 times a day, and the 1 year old attended nursery willingly, even though he’d never experienced any kind of childcare previously, simply because the level of childcare was completely outstanding.

Holiday Village Accommodation is thoughtfully designed with families in mind: apartments have separate sleeping areas so you can all enjoy your own space and premium quality sleep whilst you’re away. There are so many great family food choices on offer, a wonderful variety, and heaps of delightful extras for the kids, like ice cream bars and slushies on tap!

There’s a great teens offering for older siblings too, which we’re making the most of now we’ve a teen in tow!
